@gbhnews I think this article suffered for not going into how extreme the demand for housing is in MA. We’ve been drastically under-building housing since 2008. What both sides of the argument in this article are missing is the fact that we will not even come close to meeting the demand we have with current rates of construction. We need something like 1.5x as many houses as we currently have. “Low-income” or “luxury” doesn’t matter in the face of that, we just need so much more
