It took many tries, but my finally has a cohesive art style! Dungeons of Galora borrows aesthetic from vintage comics, Latin American civilizations and classic Fantasy to convey its own setting for

    I have finally taken the time to color this art piece and now I kinda wish my book Dungeons of Galora was entirely colored!

    @sharkfucker420 It's a solo RPG filled with references from South America. I guess it looks like a chess piece as this type of sculpture is not often depicted in TTRPG!

    @sharkfucker420 Glad you like it! it's mostly Inca culture and Brazilian folklore as those are the subjects I understand the most, but I'm trying to sprinkle as many other references as possible!

    ! just taking the opportunity to show some
    from my game, Dungeons of Galora. I had to revamp this one fit my game's current art direction.

    two images representing the same thing, but the left one is simpler while the one on the right is more detailed. Both represent adventurers raising their shield to protect themselves from the flame of a flamethrower attached to the wall. they are stepping on a specific tile on the floor that has a depression, indicating that's the reason why the flamethrower trap was activated.

    I can't believe it. My first book is nearly done. I remember when it started as "just a 10 page zine" and now it has over 100 pages of content with dozens of illustrations.
    So satisfying, I can't wait to start conversation with some publishers to see how far I can take this. @rpg @RPG @ttrpgs

    @RQG thanks for the genuine interest! it's a game system called Dungeons of Galora and it focuses on solo delving. It has it's own setting as well, but to be honest the system could work with any setting the player chooses.
    I did all the text, book design and illustration, the only thing I didn't work myself was the logo, designed by Andriy Lukin who's an amazing logo designer!
    This project goes in and out of the drawer for years now, but I think overall it took me a year to get it to this state

    I'm really happy with this quarter-page illustration in my Solo book. considering it's a bleak and kinda gruesome setting, I like how delicate this one illustration turned out.
