How to download music from YoutubeMusic ( music.youtube.com )

I have a **youtube music subscription **and have not figured out how or if I can download music/playlists from it. Note this is different than just downloading music from YouTube. Just wondered if anyone know a way to download to PC or MAC? Thanks

very niche question, i apologise, but is there any place you know of that provides linux gog installers via direct download?

i know, i know, i should have a vpn by now. but i really can't justify it, even the cheaper ones. but gog-games.to only carries windows installers (usually it's not too bad to get them working on proton but there is a few cases where i just can't get them to run at all). do you lovely people at /c/piracy know of any places?...

at this point i am considering uninstalling Pop and getting win10 first because linux actually has sensible ways to dual boot even on the same drive. that’s probably what i’ll have to do.

this is indeed, pretty damn weird. I’m going to go with uninstalling pop os, and getting windows first on the smaller drive, then getting either KDE Neon or Linux Mint on the bigger one. kinda sucks, i wish i couldve just installed but it doesn’t seem like there is anything i can do. thank you so much for the help, comrade. rat-salute

sorry! i will edit the post to include the following: i don’t really care about the quality too much, i want to spend ~80 usd or so, but that’s flexible within 10 dollars or so. i would prefer a headset that has a USB dongle, like a wireless mouse. i don’t really need a microphone in it, but i wouldn’t really conplain if there was one.

gnome may be the desktop environment, depending on your distro. it looks like this:

How do I change desktop environments on linux mint?

I am not a fan of cinnamon and i’d like to try gnome or kde plasma. i have heard great things about both and i tried gnome before, but i really hated how it worked with linux mint (particularly that it replaced the login screen with that of the ubuntu login). is there a way to avoid that? any other general tips? thank you...
