Some shows in UK are free to watch but you need to create an account in their webpage and you usually need a physical address (plus they have ads but maybe those I can skip). I don't live in the UK, so I'm unsure how to watch those shows. Torrents are extremely hard to find, even more of good quality. Does someone have some...
Unfortunately the BBC has decided Australia doesn’t get to watch any Doctor Who that was released before 2005 or is a spin-off. So uh, anyone got a plex share or torrent with the lot? Immediate preference is getting the same versions as what is available on iPlayer in the UK, but would settle for DVD rips if that’s what’s...
Everything doesn't exist. There are 97 episodes currently missing. I started watching from the first ep a while back, there was a fair few more missing at the time, but I pretty soon got lost with big chunks missing.
You can use iplayer through a VPN if that's useful to you.
I’m looking for an old episode of Jeremy Kyle. It was aired around 2009-2010 I think but am struggling to find any episodes from those years bar a few on the internet archive/youtube....
Hello, guys, I need help in finding this show. My wife is kind of a fan, but we cannot find seasons 2+ anywhere. She watched the original show, a couple of spin offs, but this spin off is really hard to find.
I've been in a few for various reasons. There's one where they choose a few redditors at random and you get 7 days to talk amongst yourselves, after that you are banned from the sub forever. That was amusing. Kinda gutting when you get the ban notification.
You absolutely could, but that feels weird after you've kinda just met. It's not like having a one to one chat with people, I think there was like 15 or 20 people?
took a deep dive into how CEO Steve Huffman went from being Reddit's co-founder to its much-needed savior at a difficult moment—and how he then became the villain at the center of Reddit's still-raging protests: https://slate.com/technology/2023/06/reddit-protests-steve-huffman-api-chaos.html
I set up accounts on all three and tried them all out before deciding where I wanted to 'live', it's quite easy, might be worth a go to see what you like.
I run a decent sized sub. I've noticed the last few days that all my sticky posts that say where else you can find us are getting mass reported. I usually have like 6 reports a week. I'm getting a report on every post made that gets the sticky all of a sudden. I just took the word "Lemmy" out and we'll see if that changes....
I've been thinking a lot about why I decided to come here and I know it started off as a "they can't make me use their shitty app!" while simultaneously using test apps that crash and navigating less content than Reddit. What is the primary motivation for all of this anymore? Is anger enough of a motivation to keep people away...
I wouldn't have left. I use Apollo as my way to access reddit, I've tried the official app but it's dreadful and when I heard Apollo was closing I was already set to protest. When I read the post from Apollo about everything that went down, well, I don't think I want to go back.
Warning: Streamtape and Wolfstream.
I would like to caution everyone that Streamtape is currently flagged as malicious, so it is advisable to avoid using it....

Is there a place with the complete Doctor Who collection (Classic, Modern, AND spin-offs)?

What type of piracy do you use the most? ( strawpoll.com )
Personally I use public trackers the most and only recently private trackers for stuff in my native language....
Looking for more obscure shows
I am trying to find a more obscure show (well, not that obscure, just seems to not be seeded much). Do you guys have any tips for this?...

If Reddit phased out 3rd party apps gradually and tactfully, do you think this would have gone the way it has? The Reddit app is terrible, but is it any worse than navigating and learning the fediverse so far? Be honest. ( kbin.social )
