Review: A Rasp of Sand ( playfulvoid.game.blog )

If you’re looking for an all-in-one dungeon delve that you can play consistently with minimal prep, a Rasp of Sand is for you. Just keep in mind that you need a table that is happy with high lethality, cautious play (if they want to progress), and that aren’t adverse to an expectation of not playing the same characters...

The Well of Frogs (adventure review) ( tenfootpole.org )

Truly a great adventure. It feels like an OD&D adventure. It feels like a city adventure. It feels like a place and it’s full, to the brim, with idiosyncratic things. Never going gonzo, ot’s just that sly grin to the writing style that brings the thing to life. Very nearly the platonic ideal of adventure writing.

Any living world/community games for Imperium Maledictum?

I’ve been reading through the rulebook and this game seems like it would mesh well with having a largeish base of players doing a number of one-shot or low session count mini-campains that are contained within a large community. After spending a lot of time with my homebrew system, I have a newfound respect for the “with a twist” trend in current TTRPG. Like you can really blow the doors off a setting or subsystem if the frame is sturdy and/or familiar. If things are too alien everything is hard to learn and it’s hard to get to the good stuff....

Star Wars 5e - 5e rules with the options and customization I remember 3.5 having ( sw5e.com )

While there is some stuff I feel is just vanilla DnD 5e re-skinned, there is a lot of new content and customizability and prestige classes. There is also a GitHub repo with a FoundryVTT module that contains the same content. I’ve been running a campaign for the last three and a half years and highly recommend it.
